Risks and Responsibilities 

Skyyogashala does not accept any responsibility for students who miss their classes or do not follow instructions given by the teacher during class. Any medical or physical conditions should be informed to us well in advance. We will not be held responsible for any injury caused during the course.

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher prior to, during or after the class about any pain or discomfort.

Using the facilities given by the Skyyogashala denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise both during and after the class.

Skyyogashala, including teachers, managers, any staff and directors will not be held responsible or liable for any kind of injuries or harm caused by the student’s participation or use of the facilities. This further covers any damage or loss of personal property as well.

Media 

Any photos or videos taken by the school management will be used for our learning purposes, quality training purposes, promotional and marketing activities both online and offline. You may opt out of any pictures or video by not being present at that time.

Skyyogashala holds no responsibility of videos and pictures taken by other students or teachers without the Centre’s knowledge.

Use or sharing of photos and videos with third parties for financial gain without the permission of Skyyogashalais strictly prohibited. 

Property of Skyyogashala

Use of any private property of Skyyogashala, whether online material or offline documents like training manuals, logo, website material etc., for financial gain is strictly prohibited.

Lost and Stolen Property 

Skyyogashala does not accept responsibility for any personal property left/forgotten/lost/stolen at the facilities. If found or handed over to us by someone else, we will keep it with us for 7 days after which it will be donated to a charitable organization or disposed of.

Right to Admit and Amend 

Skyyogashala reserves the right to admit students to yoga courses and to change the terms and conditions as well as the prices at any time.
